JEAN-LUC ACHARD, A KHRID: LE ISTRUZIONI SULLA “A” PRIMORDIALE

The Instructions on the Primordial A (A khrid) are one of the most ancient Bönpo Dzogchen cycles. They are based on The Arcane (Gab pa) and its related ancillary texts. In this respect, they actually constitute a practice ma- nual based on these works. The origi- nal teachings of Atri (A khrid) were first compiled by Dampa Ritröpa Chenpo (Me’u Gongdzö, 1038-1096) and were then gradually arranged by later masters of the lineage.
